Blueforce are seeking an efficient and motivated Project Manager to join our busy and fast-growing team in WA.

Reporting to the Projects Department Manager, you will be responsible for managing a wide variety of projects throughout Western Australia, with project scope including but not limited to Security, Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, Fire, Emergency Help, and SMATV, and servicing a diverse range of industries including Health, Ageing & Disability Services, Commercial, Industrial, Property & Facility Management, Government and Residential.

The Project Manager will be a detail-focused individual working with an experienced and diverse team. They will ensure all aspects of installation, commissioning and customer hand-over are executed efficiently. They will work in accordance with industry regulations and best practice guidelines, with a focus on superior customer service.

The successful candidate will join a friendly, dynamic and experienced team, and will be based at Blueforce’s head office in Tuart Hill, Perth WA.

Blueforce are looking for a motivated Project Manager with the following qualities and experience:

• Proven experience in a similar role with a strong focus on customer service;
• Proven experience in facility management, with exposure to essential services, lifecycle costing, capital management, accounting, and reporting;
• Proven experience managing a team and liaising with and reporting to senior management;
• Working knowledge of facility maintenance and project installation and systems requirements;
• Demonstrate exceptional negotiation, conflict resolution, and crisis management skills;
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Demonstrate a strong customer service ethic and commitment to see jobs and tasks completed;
• Ability to work both autonomously and as an effective team member;
• Ability to handle and solve customer and supplier enquiries and concerns.
