Blueforce is proud to have worked on the Bethanie Gwelup Aged Care and Assisted Living Campus, which recently won the CSR Hebel Award for Innovation as part of the National Retirement Living Awards 2017.

The Award for Innovation is for village operators and service providers who have implemented innovative practices across any area of their business for the benefit of retirement village residents.

Bethanie Gwelup is built for clients aged over 55, with a campus style design linking 62 stylish and modern independent living apartments with the neighbouring 112-bed aged care facility. The clever design allows the continuum of care in a familiar environment, and assists with the transition from retirement living to aged care.

One of the first aged care facilities to be equipped with an Integrated Extra Low Voltage System, Bethanie Gwelup’s structured cabling and multiple control systems are unified within the building into a fully-integrated common operating system

Blueforce was heavily involved in the project, providing access control, intercom and CCTV solutions for the site, along with SMATV Blue Box solutions and deep integration with the building’s IELVS.
