Scope
Frasers Suites, part of the larger Queens Riverside development, required integrated security, access control, CCTV and intercom systems, including an interfaced touch screen room-occupancy system.

Solution
Through close consultation with Fraser Suites’ electrical contractor, Blueforce installed access control, CCTV and intercom systems. All 236 rooms within the 24-storey tower were fitted with an interfaced hotel occupancy panel. Over 80 individual CCTV cameras, connected to continually recording DVRs, provide surveillance of common spaces and outdoor areas.

Bticino vandal-resistant intercoms were installed at entrance points and interfaced to a Concept 4000 security access control system, with alarm inputs for commercial shopfront tenants on the ground floor. An additional Sefera entry station was connected to video handsets throughout the hotel to ensure guest and staff could communicate with ease.
