Scope
Joondalup Police Academy required a new security system which was compatible with existing hardwired equipment.

Solution
As with all government projects, strict guidelines and requirements were adhered to, ensuring the delivery of solutions on time and on budget. Blueforce was awarded the contract to decommission the existing alarm and access control system at Joondalup Police Academy and then integrate the existing hardware into a new Australian-designed security system.

Working in close consultation with the client, Blueforce installed a fibre optic network, ensuring the system would withstand environmental conditions, and allowing for the integration of additional functionality in the future. The resulting access controlled system provides reliable, long-term security for staff, trainees and visitors alike.
